Juan Calatayud
Juan Jesús Calatayud Sánchez is a Spanish goalkeeper who joined Real Mallorca from Hércules in the summer of 2011 as a replacement for the departed Germán Lux. He was signed to provide better competition for the goalkeeper jersey to Dudu Aouate.
Calatayud came through the Málaga youth system where he went on to make 36 first team appearances. He also spent time with Getafe and Racing Santander before joining Hércules in 2008. As first choice goalkeeper, Calatayud helped Hércules to promotion back to the top flight for the first time in 13 years with the best defensive record in the league in the 2009/2010 season.
