L’Hospitalet 3-0 Real Mallorca B
Real Mallorca B suffered a heavy 3-0 defeat to Catalan side L’Hospitalet to fall further adrift of safety. Despite matching L’Hospitalet in the first half, the Catalans came out hungrier in the second half and goals Cristian Alfonso (2) and Jordi Martí sealed a win that matched the scoreline of the first teams result against Catalonia.
The only positive thing from the game was the debut of new signing Miguel Montes. The Spaniard came on for substitute Aridai with 16 minutes to go due to injury.
Atlético Baleares’ win means Benidorm drop to 16th in the relegation playoff place whilst Mallorca languish five points behind in the relegation zone.
