Fenerbahce in bid for Aduriz

Turkish club Fenerbahçe have agreed to meet Mallorca’s £4.5 million evaluation of Spanish striker Aritz Aduriz and will offer him a 3-year deal worth £42,000 per week.

The Gipuzkoa striker, who wanted to continue playing in La Liga, is aware of the vast economic proposal from Fenerbahçe who will pay him in total around £6.6 million. This is significantly more than what Valencia, the favourites so far to sign him, would offer.

The Islanders would also prefer Aduriz to join Fenerbahçe not just because the club met their evaluation, but because Valencia’s inferior offer of £4.1 million was to be paid in several installments.
