Mallorca v Barca...Seating

Postby ScouseVida » 6th March 2012, 4:49 pm

Going to this gane at the end of March, cant get a ticket in the Fondo Norte, so question is what is the best part of the ground to be in (for atmosphere), if you cant be in the Fondo Norte? Is it the Coberta/decoberta Paralel near to the Fondo Norte? Thoughts welcome, gracias.

Yeah, seems a little excessive to hike the prices up about 250% How about reduce the prices, get a full house and a cracking atmosphere? Still after drawing away to Valencia and beating Athletico, Barca must be quaking in their boots!!

Shame to see so many empty seats but the prices are too high for many locals given the economy. They should offer cheaper seats to the unemployed and try for more overseas visitors for these big games. I saw one or two German groups but no one from the UK.
Overall it was a good performance but we were too reliant on crossing and we had no one who looked like getting on the end of anything. Lets hope the form doesn't dip after this as Europe is still a remote possibility!

Sorry just got back from over 3 weeks in Mallorca with no internet access! I went to the match and thought it was reaeeeaaallllyy dull. Barca were dreadful, the reds tried hard, but they lacked cutting edge and it was all too predictable. The only redeeming feature was smuggling in some beers and having 2 of the rather nice sausages in rolls thingies! I thought the atmosphere sucked, most people around me where kids who were locals but had Barca scarfs, bit like Man Utd fans from Surrey!
