Preseason 2010
Real Mallorca was forced into alot of change over the summer of 2010, and with it, a change of pre-season scenery. For the past few years, Mallorca have travelled to Kössen for pre-season training but this year decided to travel to Ermelo of the Netherlands.
Los Bermellones returned to pre-season training on the 5th July in Palma de Mallorca. A week later the side flew to Sweden to take part in two friendlies with Djurgarden IF and Norrköping. Laudrup’s side then flew to Ermelo on the 21st July where they took part in 5 friendlies with Dutch teams.
Mallorca returned home on the 2nd August to resume training in Palma de Mallorca. Soon after, they flew to England to face Premiership side Birmingham City. Pre-season was then completed with the Trofeu Ciutat de Palma game against Atletico Madrid on the 14th August in Palma and the final friendly against Tenerife on the 20th August.
